1. Manage the daily operations of the account, distribution, import/export(if applicant)and order processing system in China, South Korea, India and Romania
2. Eliminate the inefficiencies and integrate the activities in the customer service systems
3. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of customer service activities with other functions, such as production, sales, record control
4. Execute new initiates to improve work processes
5. Plan and utilize production and warehouse capacity to deliver customer shipment on time
6. Operate within a matrix project environment to balance customer requirements against overall project targets
7. Ensure correct implementation of new and existing Divisional customer service structures, policies and processes
8. Work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the Customer Service and related functional processes are consistently applied and refined to improve the customer satisfaction.
